摘要: Conversion of methane under radio frequency plasma in the presence of oxygen was investigated. The research suggested that the four factors such as discharge voltage, discharge area, ratio of O2/CH4 and total gas flow influenced remarkably the reaction. And 91% methane conversion was obtained. According to the low-temperature plasma characteristics, the macroscopic kinetics model of CH4+O2 radio frequency plasma reactions was studied. Using the experimental data, the kinetic parameters were calculated .
