    Zongping Shao;Hui Dong;Guoxing Xiong;Weishen Yang
    2000, 9 (4): 263-272.
    摘要 ( 8961 )   PDF(470KB) ( 2226 )
A mixed conducting perovskite-type Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3-(ceramic membrane reactor was applied for the activation of methane, the membrane reactor served as oxygen provider and OCM catalyst at the same time. The oxygen permeability of the membrane increased with the increase of temperature or oxygen partial pressure at the oxygen-rich membrane side (PO2?ˉ). At 850oC and under air/He oxygen partial pressure gradient, JO2 reached about 1.2 mL/(cm2(min) for a 1.5 mm thickness membrane.

    2000, 9 (4): 273-282.
    摘要 ( 8461 )   PDF(478KB) ( 2746 )
Ni-modified hexaaluminate oxides, BaNiyAl12-yO19-|?(y = 0.3, 0.6, 0.9 and 1.0), were prepared and characterized using XRD, XPS, TPR and TGA techniques. The series of hexaaluminate oxides BaNiyAl12-yO19-|?exhibited the same crystal structure and similar reduction stability. A pure hexaaluminate oxide BaNiyAl12-yO19-|?phase could form only when y value is at 0

    2000, 9 (4): 283-290.
    摘要 ( 8663 )   PDF(423KB) ( 2438 )
ZrO2- and TiO2-supported iron oxide catalysts prepared by a novel method display good catalytic activities in the synthesis of C2+-hydrocarbons (C2+-hydrocarbons: all hydrocarbons except methane) from carbon dioxide and hydrogen. The best result gives ca. 20% conversion of CO2 and 69% C2+ -hydrocarbons selectivity over 15 wt% Fe/ZrO2. The influences of iron loading and pre-reduction temperature on the catalytic activity are evaluated. Two maxima are observed when correlating the catalytic activity with iron loading.

    2000, 9 (4): 291-303.
    摘要 ( 8405 )   PDF(701KB) ( 3354 )
The partial oxidation of methane with air or O2 and steam to syngas on a Ni-based catalyst was investigated in a fixed-bed flow reactor. By using air as the oxidant instead of O2 could give much higher CH4 conversion and product selectivity. When using O2 as the oxidant, addition of H2O in the feed could not only invoke the water-gas shift reaction, but also reduce carbon deposits on the catalyst. CH4 conversion of >90%, CO and H2 selectivities of >95% could be achieved in 500 h reaction.
IRON DISPERSION AND COMPOSITION OF Cu-Co-Fe CATALYSTS FOR ALCOHOL SYNTHESIS FROM CO/H2
    Jie Xu;Shuwu Yang;Can Li;Qin Xin
    2000, 9 (4): 304-318.
    摘要 ( 7852 )   PDF(1009KB) ( 2044 )
Cu-Co-Fe catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation of Cu-Co nitrate solutions with Na2CO3 and impregnation of iron nitrate on the Cu-Co precipitates by incipient wetness method; and their phase structure, composition and iron dispersion behavior were studied by XRD, SEM and SAM techniques. The catalyst precursor consists of CuO, Co3O4 and (-Fe2O3. The intensity of XRD peak of Fe2O3 changes as the relative content of iron varies. No X-ray diffraction peak of iron oxide appears unless the content of iron surpasses a threshold value.
PREPARATION OF DIETHYL OXALATE BY CO COUPLING REACTION IN A GAS-SOLID FIXED BED REACTOR
    Baowei Wang;Xinbin Ma;Sen Han;Genhui Xu
    2000, 9 (4): 319-325.
    摘要 ( 8597 )   PDF(312KB) ( 2570 )
The preparation of diethyl oxalate in gaseous phase by carbon monoxide coupling reaction on supported dimetal catalyst Pd-Fe/Al2O3 was studied. The influences of carrier, loading of active component in catalyst, amount of promoter, and temperature of calcining carrier on the reaction behavior were studied. The catalysts were tested in scale-up experiment(200 times) for 1 000 h continuously. The results indicated that the total conversion of carbon monoxide was nearly 100%; the one-way conversion of carbon monoxide was more than 60%; the selectivity to diethyl oxalate was over 95%; and the STY of diethyl oxalate was above 600g/L.h.
AROMATIZATION OF METHANE OVER Mo/HZSM-5 CATALYSTS AND MODIFIED Mo/HZSM-5 CATALYSTS UNDER NON-OXIDIZING CONDITIONS
    Zhigang Zhang;Chengxue Wang;Jingru Sun
    2000, 9 (4): 326-330.
    摘要 ( 9447 )   PDF(252KB) ( 2024 )
The activities of Mo/HZSM-5 catalysts were examined in a fixed-bed flow microreactor. The influences of Mo loading, promoter and SiO2/Al2O3 ratio on the performance of the catalysts were investigated. It was found that Ni(0.1%)-Mo(3.5%)/HZSM-5 (SiO2/Al2O3=25) was the best catalyst, on which the maximum yield of aromatics was 15.7% with the conversion of methane of 60.2% and the selectivity to aromatics of 26.1%.
GLOBAL KINETICS STUDY OF LPDME PROCESS FROM SYNGAS
    Junwang Guo;Yuqin Niu;Bijiang Zhang
    2000, 9 (4): 331-342.
    摘要 ( 6823 )   PDF(438KB) ( 2742 )
Global kinetic models are firstly developed for liquid phase dimethyl ether synthesis from syngas (LPDME), which is successfully based on reasonable assumptions and simplifications. The activation energies of methanol synthesis reaction and methanol dehydration reaction are 14.06 kJ/mol and 23.53 kJ/mol, respectively. CO and CO2 are strongly adsorbed on methanol catalyst of C301, and methanol and water are on gamma-alumina. The relative errors of experimental data and the calculated ones for methanol equivalent productivity and DME productivity are mostly within 10% and 20%. The model also gives a satisfactory explanation for experimental phenomena.
